Job Description: Technical Business Analyst (Data & AI).We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst (Data & AI) who can bridge the gap between business and technical teams. You will gather user requirements based on internal use cases for an agentic platform, translate these into clear technical requirements, and align closely with external vendors to ensure effective delivery.You will test new features before release, ensure usability for end users, and continuously align with stakeholders across the organization. The role requires someone who can create clarity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, proactively drive progress, and take ownership. Some travel may be required.Required Experience• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technical or data-focused role;• Prior experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer;• Strong understanding of data workflows, analytics, and ML concepts;• Experience in consulting environments (preferred);• Exposure to start-up or fast-paced environments;• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field; PhD is a strong plus.Key Skills• Strong analytical and structured thinking;• Ability to simplify and clearly communicate complex topics;• Proactive, “go-getter” mindset with high ownership;• Strong stakeholder management and vendor alignment skills;• Experience with requirements gathering, testing, and delivery support;• Team player with the ability to work cross-functionally.
