Technical Business Analyst (Enterprise Applications)

Job OverviewWe are looking for an Application Consultant to support enterprise application initiatives by working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams. This role focuses on gathering business requirements, improving business processes, supporting system enhancements, and ensuring successful delivery of enterprise application solutions.The ideal candidate is analytical, business-oriented, and comfortable bridging the gap between users and technical teams while supporting multiple business systems and projects.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & RequirementsEngage stakeholders to understand business needs and operational challenges.Gather, analyze, and document functional and business requirements.Translate business requirements into clear solution specifications for technical teams.Review existing workflows and recommend process improvements.Application & Project SupportSupport implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise applications.Conduct impact assessments for system changes and enhancement requests.Work closely with project teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives.Assist in application rollout and post-implementation support.Testing & Issue ResolutionCoordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Prepare test scenarios and work with users during testing activities.Investigate application issues and coordinate with technical teams to resolve defects.Monitor fixes and validates successful implementation.Documentation & ReportingProduce business process documentation, user guides, and training materials.Support reporting requirements and assist with business data analysis.Maintain project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.RequirementsDiploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.Experience working as a Technical Business Analyst, Application Consultant, or similar role.Hands-on experience supporting or implementing enterprise business applications.Strong skills in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and documentation.Knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, or data analysis will be an advantage.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.Preferred ExperienceEnterprise application implementation or enhancement projects.Business process improvement initiatives.Cross-functional collaboration with business users, project managers, and technical teams.Experience supporting project testing and deployment activities.Please send your detailed resume in MS Word format to resume@goldtecHRs.com withEducation LevelWorking experiencesEach employment backgroundReason for leaving each employmentLast drawn salaryExpected salaryDate of availability
