You will work closely with clinical, operational, and technology teams to understand business needs, improve processes, and deliver effective system solutions. This role requires both strong business analysis capabilities and technical proficiency, with hands-on experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, system integrations, data analysis, and user acceptance testing within a healthcare environment.PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Drive the functional and technical design of Thomson Medical's Healthcare Management System, covering Patient Management, Doctor Management, and Resource Management modules.Gather, analyse and document business and system requirements, translating them into functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.Analyse existing processes, workflows and systems to identify gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities for optimisation.Develop process flows, data models, interface specifications and integration requirements.Collaborate with stakeholders, developers and architects to design and deliver effective system solutions.Write and validate SQL queries for data analysis, troubleshooting and solution validation.Support system configuration, integration, testing and UAT activities to ensure successful solution delivery.Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and recommend mitigation plans.Stay current with healthcare technology trends and contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.JOB REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Health Informatics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis or Systems Analysis, preferably in healthcare, hospital, or digital transformation projects.Strong understanding of system design concepts, including data models, APIs, system integrations, and application workflows; familiarity with HL7 or FHIR is an advantage.Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, validation, troubleshooting, and solution testing.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.Self-motivated team player with experience in Agile/Scrum environments and a passion for leveraging technology to improve healthcare delivery.------If you do not possess the above experience, your application will still be considered on individual merits and you may be contacted for other opportunitiesBy submitting your personal data and/or resume, you give consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data and/or resume by the company (or its agent) for the purpose of the processing and administration by company relating to this job application.**We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates would be notified.**
