Technical Project Coordinator – Healthcare ProjectsLocation: DHA Phase 1, LahoreExperience: 3–5 YearsShift: Night Shift | 6:00 PM – 3:00 AMEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob SummaryWe are looking for a Technical Project Coordinator with 3–5 years of relevant experience in healthcare-related projects to support the planning, coordination, implementation, and delivery of technology-driven healthcare projects.The ideal candidate will have strong project coordination and communication skills, experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and a good understanding of healthcare systems, workflows, or healthcare IT projects.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and monitor healthcare technology projects from initiation through implementation and closure.Work closely with clients, healthcare professionals, developers, QA, support, and other internal teams.Gather, document, and communicate client/project requirements to technical teams.Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, trackers, meeting minutes, status reports, and other documentation.Monitor project milestones, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.Follow up with relevant teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate them to the Project Manager when required.Coordinate meetings, demos, training sessions, testing, deployment, and go-live activities.Support UAT, system implementation, troubleshooting, and post-implementation activities.Maintain accurate project documentation, SOPs, reports, and client records.Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and healthcare stakeholders.Prepare regular project status updates and presentations for management and clients.Ensure project activities remain aligned with agreed scope, quality standards, and timelines.Support continuous improvement of project processes and coordination practices.Required Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Project Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within healthcare, healthcare IT, hospital systems, medical technology, or health-tech projects.Hands-on experience coordinating technical projects and cross-functional teams.Understanding of healthcare workflows, hospital systems, EMR/HMIS/HIMS, or healthcare technology will be an advantage.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organizational, coordination, and time-management abilities.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project is preferred.Ability to work independently during the 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM night shift.Preferred SkillsHealthcare IT / Health-tech project experience.Client and stakeholder management.Project reporting and documentation.Requirements gathering and UAT coordination.Agile/Scrum or other project management methodology experience.Experience with software implementation and deployment projects.PMP, CAPM, Scrum, or other project management certification is a plus.
