Technical Co-founder (Builder to CTO) (Equity Partnership)

Job Location: Lahore (On-site)Iqronex Technologies is a pre-seed, incorporated startup launching Friendroid, an Android-first personal safety and anti-theft solution. We have a filed patent, secured trademarks, and Beta launch days away.We are looking for a builder. A hustler. Someone who wants to roll up their sleeves, write clean code, fix bugs, and build this solution brick-by-brick alongside the CEO.If you are currently acting as the CEO or CTO of multiple other ventures, this is not the role for you. We need your focused energy, not your leftover bandwidth.What You Will Actually Do (Phase 1):Write Code (80%): Take direct, hands-on ownership of the Flutter/Dart codebase and Native Android (Kotlin) integrations.Stabilize & Ship: Lead the final QA, bug-fixing, and successful Launch on the Google Play Store.Optimize Backend: Manage and optimize our Firebase ecosystem (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions, FCM).Collaborate: Work directly with the CEO on feature prioritization. No middle-management. Just founder-to-founder execution.What You Will Become (Phase 2):As we secure pre-seed funding and scale, you will transition from Lead Builder to officially managing a small engineering team.The CTO title is earned through execution. You will grow into the Chief Technology Officer role as the company grows, not on Day 1.Who You Are:A Builder First: You have 3–6+ years of hands-on experience in Flutter/Dart and Native Android. You know how to keep an app alive in the background on aggressive OEM devices (Xiaomi, Infinix, Samsung, etc.).Hungry & Focused: You might have a day job to pay the bills, or you might be a top-tier recent graduate with insane side projects. But you are not juggling 3 other startups. You have 20–25 focused hours/week to dedicate to this.Humble & Collaborative: Zero ego. You care more about shipping a working product than having your name on the architectural diagram.Business-Minded: You understand that code is a means to solve a user's safety problem, not just an academic exercise.The Partnership (What We Offer):Significant Equity Stake: Co-founder level equity, structured on a standard 4-year vesting schedule with a 1-year cliff.
