Fluence Pay is growing rapidly and offers early team members the chance to help shape the future of influencer marketing in the region.Role Description As a Technical Co-Founder at Fluence Pay, you will lead the end-to-end technical vision, architecture, and implementation of our influencer-brand collaboration and payment platform. In this full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, you will design and build core product features, oversee infrastructure, and ensure scalability, security, and reliability of all systems. You will collaborate closely with the founding team to translate business goals into technical roadmaps, prioritize product delivery, and iterate based on user feedback and data. Day-to-day responsibilities include hands-on development, code reviews, technical hiring, vendor selection, and establishing engineering best practices. You will also play a key role in fundraising discussions, product demos, and representing the technology function to partners and investors.Qualifications Strong full-stack software development skills, with experience in building and scaling web or mobile platforms.Expertise in system architecture, cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure), and database design.Experience integrating and managing payment systems, fintech APIs, or transaction-heavy platforms.Proficiency in modern development frameworks, version control, testing practices, and CI/CD pipelines.Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams, set technical direction, and establish coding standards.Background in product development, including discovery, requirements gathering, and agile methodologies.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills, with a focus on performance and security.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, comfortable working cross-functionally with non-technical stakeholders.Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership mentality, and willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.Prior experience in influencer marketing, adtech, or fintech is beneficial but not required.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
