Over 2.2 billion people worldwide live with a vision impairment. Existing aids (white canes, guide dogs, mobile apps) help with navigation, but none describe what's actually in front of a person, in real time, hands-free.That's the problem Vision Mate was built to solve: a lightweight wearable that mounts on any glasses frame, captures the scene ahead (text, people, obstacles) and describes it aloud in real time, even on a weak or no internet connection, via an adaptive on-device / mobile-linked / cloud processing engine.Current status: patent application filed with the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property (SAIP), No. SA 1020255987, currently in substantive examination. Trademark application under review. Solo founder, actively working toward formal incorporation in Saudi Arabia.We're looking for a technical co-founder with a background in embedded/hardware systems engineering, AI/computer vision, or both.This is an equity-based founding partnership, not a salaried position.
