Technical Co-Founder

Donator is building the world’s hub for donations: one platform for chairites, emergency disaster response, volunterring and eventually crowdfunding and charity lotteries. 100% of every donation reaches the charity. We earn from optional tips and charity subscriptions.The groundwork is laid. Every major launch feature is specced, and the core architecture is designed: money ledger, jurisdiction engine, charity trust data and event bus. A prototype is finished and a backlog is ready. Now we need someone to own the build, growing as we grow and managing a small team of outsourced devs.You'll:

• Own the architecture and lead the build through launch
• Ship Stripe Connect payments on a ledger that never loses a cent
• Set the bar for security, performance and code quality
• Build and lead the engineering teamYou are:
• A senior full-stack engineer who's shipped systems that move moneyStrong in Next.js and TypeScript, ideally with Stripe Connect or compliance-heavy experience
• Fluent with AI coding tools, and rigorous enough never to "disable it to ship it"
• Motivated by making giving work betterYou get:Co-founder title and meaningful equity
• Ownership of technical direction from day one
• A co-founder with previous success in sales B2B and marketing thorugh running their own marketing agency for 4 years.
