His audience and personal brand now sit alongside The Diary of a CEO, FlightStory, investments and consumer ventures, demonstrating a much broader shift from creator → entrepreneur → owner. Shortlisted candidates will be given a much deeper view of the product, technology and roadmap.What you’ll ownTake technical ownership of the existing Invntz platform and codebaseLead architecture and engineering decisions across the platformPersonally build and ship critical product functionalityAssess what has already been built and determine what we keep, improve or rebuildLead the integration and orchestration of AI across the productBuild scalable infrastructure across product, data, APIs and third-party servicesManage existing external development resources while progressively building internal engineeringEstablish strong engineering practices across security, infrastructure, deployment, testingMake pragmatic build-vs-buy decisions and take advantage of today’s rapidly evolving AIWork closely with the Founder on product strategy, fundraising and technical storytellingHelp represent Invntz externally with investors, partners, creators and the broader ecosystemExperience we’re looking forWe’re intentionally looking for a senior level true technical co-founder.You should have:8+ years of software engineering experiencePrevious experience as a Founder, Co-Founder, CTO, VP Engineering, Principal EngineerPrevious startup founder experience strongly preferred; previous exit experience is highly desirableA track record of taking technology or products from zero to oneStrong hands-on full-stack engineering capabilityDeep practical experience with modern AI/LLM products, APIs, agents and AI-native developmentExperience architecting and operating scalable cloud-based productsExperience building or leading small, high-performance engineering teamsExperience working in fast-moving, capital-efficient startup environmentsStrong understanding of security, privacy and responsible data architectureExcellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical decisions clearlyExperience in one or more of these areas would be especially relevant:Creator economyConsumer technologyAI-native productsSocial platforms / Marketplaces / eCommerce / social commerceDesign or creative technologyIP / licensing technologyProduct creation or manufacturing technologyWhat matters more is that you understand platforms, people and products and can see where AI, creativity and commerce are heading.Who you areWe’re looking for someone who:Thinks and acts like an ownerIs ambitious about building a globally significant companyIs highly hands-on and still loves buildingMoves quickly without sacrificing judgmentChallenges ideas constructively rather than simply executing instructionsIs commercially curious, not solely technically focusedUnderstands the importance of distribution, community and brand alongside productIs comfortable talking to investors and participating in fundraisingEnjoys meeting people and being part of the startup and creator ecosystemIs comfortable creating content and communicating ideas publiclyWants to build a company, team and culture, not just a technology stackAs we emerge from stealth, we’d also like you to be comfortable being visible: meeting creators and brands, talking with investors, attending industry events, helping attract exceptional talent and creating content around the technology and the future we’re building.You don’t need to be an influencer.You do need to be a founder.This is a genuine co-founder opportunity with meaningful founder-level equity and long-term ownership for the right person.
