Role OverviewWe are seeking motivated fresh graduates and early-career professionals to support ERP/MES implementation projects within manufacturing environments. The role involves assisting with system configuration, testing, data validation, user support, and implementation activities.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport ERP/MES implementation and deployment activities.Gather business requirements and assist with solution configuration.Perform testing, data validation, and quality checks.Support user training and post-go-live activities.Troubleshoot issues and provide end-user support.Maintain project documentation and process records.Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams.Participate in project meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Manufacturing, or a related field.0–2 years of experience or academic exposure relevant to ERP, MES, manufacturing systems, or IT projects.Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and within a team environment.ERP experience is an advantage but not mandatory.Additional InformationFresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Candidates should possess basic knowledge or exposure relevant to ERP/MES, manufacturing, or enterprise applications.Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided
