Technical Consultant – Cybersecurity & InfrastructureLocation: UAEExperience: 3–6 YearsEmployment Type: Full-TimeUAE Driving License: MandatoryWe are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Technical Consultant – Cybersecurity & Infrastructure to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically strong professional who enjoys working directly with customers, designing solutions and supporting the complete technology sales and delivery lifecycle.The Role:As a Technical Consultant, you will work closely with customers, Sales teams, technology partners and implementation teams to understand business and technical requirements and design the right cybersecurity and infrastructure solutions.You will be involved in customer discovery, technical workshops, solution architecture, presales support, technical proposals, demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and project handover.You will act as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers improve their cybersecurity posture and adopt the right technologies for their business.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer & Technical ConsultingEngage directly with customers to understand their business, IT and cybersecurity requirements.Conduct technical discovery sessions, workshops and assessments.Identify security gaps, technical challenges and customer pain points.Translate business requirements into practical and effective technology solutions.Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer engagement.Solution Design & PresalesDesign end-to-end cybersecurity and IT infrastructure solutions.Develop solution architectures, network/security diagrams, HLDs and LLDs.Prepare Technical Proposals, Scope of Work (SoW), Bill of Materials (BoM) and solution presentations.Support RFPs, RFIs, tenders, and technical questionnaires.Work closely with the Sales team throughout the presales and opportunity lifecycle.Coordinate with OEMs and technology partners for solution validation, sizing and technical clarification.PoCs, Demonstrations & Technical SupportPlan and execute customer Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and technical evaluations.Documentation & Project HandoverPrepare professional customer-facing technical documentation.Develop architecture documents, HLDs, LLDs, assessment reports, PoC reports and implementation scopes.Maintain accurate technical and project documentation.What We Are Looking For3–6 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Technical Consulting, Presales or System Integration.Strong understanding of enterprise IT and cybersecurity environments.Hands-on knowledge of multiple cybersecurity technologies and solutions.Experience working directly with enterprise customers.Strong communication, presentation, and technical documentation skills.Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple business language.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities.Strong ownership, accountability, and customer-focused mindset.UAE/GCC customer-facing experience is an advantage.Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.Preferred Technology ExperienceExperience with one or more of the following technologies will be an advantage:Sophos | Check Point | Zscaler | Mimecast | Forcepoint | Netskope | Trend Micro | DarktraceExperience with other leading cybersecurity, cloud and infrastructure platforms is also highly valued.Qualifications & CertificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or a related discipline.Relevant certifications will be an advantage, including:CCNA / CCNP | Security+ | CEH | CISSP | CISM | AZ-500 | Azure Security | Vendor Certifications
