Team members collaborate on end-to-end implementation and optimization of Zoho-based solutions for diverse industries.Role Description The Technical Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Salem. The person in this role will work directly with clients to understand business requirements, configure Zoho applications, and design solutions that automate and optimize their workflows. Daily tasks include analyzing existing processes, providing technical support, diagnosing and resolving system issues, and advising clients on best practices for CRM, accounting, and cloud tools. The Technical Consultant will conduct product demos, assist in implementation and data migration, create documentation and training materials, and support internal teams with technical insights. Collaboration with sales and project teams to align technical solutions with client goals is an important aspect of this role.Qualifications Strong analytical skills to understand business processes, interpret data, and design effective technical solutions.Experience in consulting, with the ability to engage stakeholders, gather requirements, and recommend appropriate Zoho-based configurations.Hands-on technical support and troubleshooting skills for cloud applications, CRMs, and related integrations.Exposure to sales or pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, solution presentations, and client-facing communication.Familiarity with Zoho products (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator) or similar SaaS platforms is highly beneficial.Proficiency in documenting workflows, creating user guides, and delivering user training.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, accessible language.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Ability to work on-site in Salem, collaborate in a team environment, and manage multiple client engagements concurrently.
