KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAt 3NEST, you will not be working with sanitized, synthetic laboratory datasets. You will be exposed to "Data-Centric AI" and MLOps in the real world. Depending on your entry level (Junior or Intern), you will assist or directly take charge of the following core work streams:Real-world Data Operations (Data Ops): Coordinate the end-to-end data collection pipeline directly from factory floors (handling noisy environments, shifting lighting, and acoustic interference). Execute data classification, cleaning, and high-quality data labeling to feed the model training pipeline.Model Training Management: Manage and monitor the training process using cloud-based partner platforms. Analyze model performance metrics (precision, recall, edge latency) and iterate on data inputs to solve specific client edge cases.Edge AI Deployment & Integration: Research technical documentation, APIs, and SDKs from international partners. Wrap, configure, and deploy AI models onto hardware devices at the edge (Edge AI Boxes), ensuring robust data communication loops between the software and the factory's physical automation layer.Field Troubleshooting & Optimization: Monitor the performance of deployed models on-site. Collaborate with our team and the client’s technical staff to debug software conflicts, network latency, or connectivity drops between Edge Boxes and factory control systems (PLC/SCADA).Solution Architecture Documentation: Map out data flow diagrams, maintain system logs, and compile software operating procedures in both English and Vietnamese for client handover.2. JOB REQUIREMENTSEducation & MindsetFinal-year students, recent university graduates, or early-career professionals (0 - 2 years of experience) majoring in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or related quantitative/engineering fields, being able to locate and work in Hanoi.Academic Benchmark: Cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or above (or 7.5/10) is highly valued (mandatory for intern applicants), or demonstrated exceptional logical thinking through outstanding software projects/codebases.Pragmatic Tech Mindset: You love seeing software solve real-world physical problems rather than just chasing theoretical metrics. You are willing to step onto the factory floor to test software, profile edge performance, and work with our partners to fix data bugs under production conditions.Technical SkillsProficient in Python with a solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.Basic familiarity with RESTful APIs, Docker containers, and core concepts in Computer Vision (OpenCV) or Audio/Signal Processing is highly valued.Foundational knowledge of computer networking (IP, Subnet, LAN, HTTP/MQTT) for device configuration. LanguagesProfessional English proficiency, particularly in reading/translating technical vendor documentation, writing clear system logs, and drafting technical emails (Equivalent to IELTS 6.0 or TOEIC 700 and above).Fluency in an additional language (Chinese, Japanese, or Korean) is a major asset when collaborating with foreign system experts at FDI plants.3.
