Job Title: Technical Consultant – ServiceNow

Location: Cincinnati, OH (Remote with up to 50% travel)Required SkillsStrong hands-on experience designing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow solutions.Deep expertise in one or two ServiceNow offerings.Required certifications: ServiceNow CSA, CAD, and a relevant CIS certification.Experience leading technical delivery, smaller projects, and technical teams.Strong knowledge of workflows, solution architecture, user stories, technical specifications, and acceptance criteria.Experience with code reviews, unit testing, defect resolution, and platform health.Strong customer-facing communication, workshop leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery, sprint demonstrations, UAT, go-live, and customer handoff.Ability to use AI tools to optimize workflows and guide responsible AI adoption.Willingness to travel up to 50%.Key ResponsibilitiesLead technical workshops and translate business requirements into technical solutions.Design and configure sustainable ServiceNow workflows aligned with business objectives.Drive story execution, testing, defect resolution, and successful delivery.Guide customers on technical decisions and demonstrate business value.Mentor technical consultants and support solution scoping.Coordinate implementation, migration, go-live preparation, and customer handoff.If you are interested, please share your updated resume, current location, work authorization, ServiceNow certifications, and salary expectations
