The Technical Coordinator ensures effective technical alignment and coordination between Engineering, Procurement, Site, Vendors, Consultants, and the Client. The role supports smooth authority compliance, manages technical reviews (drawings and material submittals), provides value engineering proposals, and supports quality control and execution teams to achieve projectdelivery targets. Coordination s Technical AlignmentCoordinate technical activities between Engineering, Procurement, Site, Vendors, Consultant, and Client.Liaise effectively with Authorities, Clients, Consultants, and Vendors to support smooth project progress.Ensure all technical discussions and follow-ups are documented and communicated clearly to stakeholders.Authority & Compliance SupportMaintain familiarity with Authority requirements and ensure requirements are met throughout execution.Support and track any required approvals, accreditations, and licenses as applicable.Design Review, Submittals s Construction SupportPerform technical review of drawings for accuracy, completeness, and buildability.Review material / shop / product submittals and verify compliance with project specifications.Support contractors during construction by ensuring technical intent is followed and addressing technical queries.Monitor and implement technical changes during construction in coordination with relevant teams.Value Engineering s Quality ControlDevelop and propose value engineering solutions to improve cost, quality, and delivery efficiency.Implement and support quality checks and control measures for technical deliverables and execution support.Provide technical guidance to the execution team to reduce rework and ensure compliance.Experience:10 to 15 years, At least 10 years in contractingCivil Engineering degree backgroundTechnical review capability (drawings C materials)Familiarity with authority requirements and compliance processes
