Technical Coordinator

Job description:Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate between Project Managers, Engineers, Site Teams, Factory, Production, and Procurement.Review and maintain project drawings, technical documents, specifications, and approvals.Follow up on shop drawings, material approvals, samples, measurements, and technical submissions.Coordinate project requirements with the factory for production and material preparation.Monitor project schedules, material requirements, deliveries, and site installation activities.Prepare and maintain project trackers, reports, RFIs, submittals, and documentation.Follow up with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for pending technical and project matters.Coordinate site measurements and communicate requirements to the technical/factory team.Identify delays, technical issues, or material shortages and escalate them to management.Ensure project documents and records are properly maintained and updated.Support Project Managers in achieving project targets, quality standards, and deadlines.Perform other project coordination duties as assigned by management.
