Job Title: Technical Curriculum Developer – AI & Developer Products Location: Remote/Hybrid in SFC/NY officeDuration: 12 months contract (potential to extend)Pay Rate: $180-$185/hr on w2Business Reason:Tech Enablement owns the technical curriculum (courses, labs, demos, presentations) GTM runs on, across all of our product surfaces: Enterprise, Claude Apps, Claude Code, Developer Platform, and Models/Protocol. The content backlog is growing faster than we can curate it and the Basecamp portfolio is live and scaling now.About the role: You will curate and build the technical curriculum behind client's go-to-market enablement programs: courses, hands-on labs, demos, and presentations covering Claude for enterprise, the Claude apps, and the Claude API. The materials you produce are delivered live in our technical onboarding programs and used across the go-to-market organization. You will work closely with our enablement team and program owners.Responsibilities:Curate existing materials into structured, reusable curriculum for our technical onboarding and ongoing enablement programs, including:Build new courses, labs, demos, and presentations across enterprise, app, and API product areasKeep materials current as products ship: update labs, demos, and decks each release cycleBuild hands-on exercises that work reliably in live classroom settingsPartner with enablement leads, program owners, and product marketing on content prioritiesDocument sources and structure so the curriculum is maintainable after handoffRequired:Technical background in solutions engineering, developer relations, technical training, or similarAble to build working demos and labs against APIs and AI products, not just describe themStrong technical writing and instructional design: you can turn raw material into teachable contentSelf-directed: can take a surface area and a backlog and drive it without close managementNice-to-have:Hands-on experience with LLM products and APIsPrior curriculum or enablement work for technical go-to-market audiencesFamiliarity with Claude products
