The ideal candidate will take ownership of projects end-to-end, work closely with clients and engineering teams, and drive technical excellence throughout the delivery lifecycle.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying close to architecture, engineering, AI technologies, and client conversations rather than focusing only on project coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end delivery of technology and AI projects.Drive technical discussions, architecture decisions, and solution design.Conduct and contribute to code reviews and ensure engineering quality.Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions effectively.Lead and mentor engineering teams while supporting team growth and scalability.Identify and resolve technical and delivery risks proactively.Drive adoption of modern AI technologies, including LLMs and RAG.Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure successful project execution.Balance technical depth, delivery timelines, quality, and business outcomes.Required Skills & Experience8–12 years of experience in software engineering, technical delivery, or engineering leadership.Strong understanding of software architecture and engineering fundamentals.Hands-on understanding of AI/ML technologies, LLMs, and RAG.Experience working with modern AI technology stacks is highly desirable.Strong experience in client and stakeholder management.Proven experience leading and scaling engineering teams.Experience with code reviews, technical decision-making, and engineering best practices.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for a builder and technical leader who:Takes ownership from idea to production.Can confidently communicate with both technical teams and business stakeholders.Enjoys solving complex engineering and delivery challenges.Can make sound technical decisions while keeping business outcomes in focus.Is comfortable working in an evolving AI-first technology environment.
