Location: Coimbra, Portugal (Only 1 day per month in office)Salary: €45,000 - €55,000 + BenefitsKDR is working exclusively with a highly successful international technology business seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to join its growing delivery function.This is an opportunity to step into a role where you'll be driving the delivery of large-scale digital products and strategic technology initiatives, working across Product, Engineering and Business teams within a complex, fast-paced environment.

Rather than simply managing projects, you'll be responsible for enabling multiple Agile teams to deliver meaningful business outcomes, influencing stakeholders at all levels and helping shape the future of a rapidly evolving technology organisation.The OpportunityJoining an established delivery practice, you'll support a major product portfolio and work across several development squads, coordinating delivery activities, managing dependencies, mitigating risks and ensuring stakeholders remain aligned throughout the delivery lifecycle.This role is ideal for a delivery professional who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, navigating ambiguity and driving progress through influence rather than authority. You'll collaborate closely with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, Technical Leads and senior business stakeholders to ensure strategic initiatives are delivered successfully.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end delivery of software and technology initiatives.Coordinate delivery across multiple Agile teams and product areas.Drive planning, forecasting, milestone tracking and dependency management.Identify, manage and mitigate risks, issues and blockers.Provide visibility and reporting to technical and business stakeholders.Work closely with Product and Engineering leadership to align priorities.Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams.Support continuous improvement initiatives across delivery practices.Ensure teams maintain momentum and focus on delivering value.Contribute to larger strategic programmes and organisational change initiatives.What We're Looking ForWe're keen to speak with delivery professionals who can demonstrate experience within software, digital or technology-led organisations, particularly where they have operated across multiple teams and complex stakeholder environments.You'll likely bring:Experience as a Technical Delivery Manager, Agile Delivery Manager, Delivery Lead, Technical Project Manager or similar.Proven success delivering software and digital transformation initiatives.Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.Experience managing dependencies, risks and competing priorities across multiple teams.A solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.Experience working with tools such as Jira and/or Azure DevOps.Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.The confidence to challenge constructively and drive decisions forward.Desirable ExperiencePrevious software engineering or technical background.Experience working closely with engineering leadership teams.Strong technical credibility when engaging with developers and technical stakeholders.Experience delivering within large-scale, product-led organisations.Why Apply?Join a growing and highly collaborative technology organisation.Deliver impactful work across strategic technology programmes.Influence outcomes across Product, Engineering and Business teams.Work within a mature Agile environment supporting multiple product squads.Clear progression opportunities into senior delivery and leadership positions.Hybrid working model with an excellent work-life balance.Competitive salary and benefits package.If you're a delivery professional who thrives in complex technology environments and enjoys translating strategy into successful execution, we'd love to hear from you.Apply today or contact KDR for a confidential discussion.
