Job Description
Responsibilities:The Technical Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of IT projects and services to clients. This role involves managing a team of technical professionals, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.Commitment and a have a team environment mindsetMinimum 5 years of working experience in application testing, development and delivery.Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.A strong & assertive communicator in speaking & writing. Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.Have experience in stakeholder’s sessions and communications Delivery experience on medium to large scale projects.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to understand and articulate process flows and functions.Strong communication and coordination skills across internal and external stakeholders and vendors.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders, to ensure alignment and effective communication.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.Key Domain/ Technical Skills:(Indicate up to 3 areas)Minimum 8-10 years of experience in software development, with at least 3-5 years of leadership experience in a similar role.Strong understanding of Project software development cycle methodologies and DevOps principles.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.Good to have knowledge related to AML or Payment related applications and processes
