Technical Delivery Team Manager

As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of multiple client engagements by managing project execution, engineering teams, delivery quality, stakeholder communication, and operational excellence.ResponsibilitiesProject Delivery Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple software development projects and managed engineering engagements.Define project scope, delivery plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.Track project health, delivery metrics, and team performance throughout the project lifecycle.Coordinate releases, production deployments, and project handovers.Client & Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project execution.Build strong relationships with stakeholders and executive sponsors.Conduct regular project status meetings, steering committee reviews, and executive reporting.Manage client expectations while proactively identifying delivery risks and mitigation plans.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term engagement success.Team Leadership Lead cross-functional teams including Software Engineers, QA Engineers, UI/UX Designers, DevOps Engineers, Business Analysts, and Product Managers.Plan resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects.Mentor project teams and delivery leads to improve execution and collaboration.Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.Delivery Governance Establish project governance frameworks, delivery standards, and reporting mechanisms.Monitor project KPIs, milestones, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution.Manage project documentation, change requests, project financials, and delivery reporting.Ensure compliance with Acveti delivery processes and client-specific governance requirements.Risk & Quality Management Identify delivery risks early and implement mitigation strategies.Drive project quality through structured planning, testing, code review processes, and release management.Ensure successful UAT, production rollout, knowledge transfer, and operational transition.Promote Agile best practices and continuous process improvement.Vendor & Partner Management Coordinate with third-party vendors, technology partners, and client teams.Track contractual deliverables, timelines, and service commitments.Monitor vendor performance and ensure successful collaboration across distributed teams. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Agile, or ITIL certifications are preferred. Required Skills8–12 years of experience in IT project delivery, software engineering, or digital transformation.Proven experience managing enterprise software development projects.Experience delivering projects using Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.Experience leading distributed and offshore development teams.Strong experience managing multiple concurrent client engagements.Experience working with global clients across the US, Europe, Middle East, or APAC is preferred.
