Technical Director

We are Saber Interactive - one of the leading gamedev company. We develop our projects for all main game platforms. Our studios are located all around the world.Millions of people play Saber's games: Warhammer 40k: Space Marine 2, Snow Runner, World War Z, Toxic Commando, Dakar Desert Rally and others. We have also ported 'Witcher 3' on Nintendo Switch and adapted Crysis Trilogy for modern platforms.These projects became possible by the joint work of hundreds of people, and technical leadership played a major role in this.Now we are working on Unreal Engine project for PC and Consoles like PlayStation and Xbox. And we suggest you to join our management team as a Technical Director.ResponsibilitiesLook after technical part of the project (gameplay, render, optimization);Checking the technical feasibility of projects at the initial stages;Managing technical team;Initiate and maintain a cross-team communication (art, game design , production etc.);Carrying projects to release and solving technical problems together with your team.RequirementsAt least 1 shipped PC or Console title as a Technical Leader;Experience in game development and optimization;People and resource management experience;Hands-on experience in developing cross-team communication.Consider it a plus:Experience with Unreal Engine.Conditions:Key role in AAA game development;Opportunity to apply the gathered technical experience in solving;Remote / hybrid / office depending on your location.
