Technical Engineer – BIM & CAD (Civil/Structural)

About the RoleDouble Marks is seeking a hands-on Technical Engineer – BIM & Shop Drawings to join our project team in Riyadh.The successful candidate will initially support the delivery of a major data center project and will become part of Double Marks' technical engineering team for current and future projects.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage structural/civil shop drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.Develop, update, and maintain project BIM models in accordance with project requirements.Coordinate structural models and drawings with Architectural and MEP disciplines.Perform clash detection and support resolution of coordination issues.Prepare structural plans, sections, details, reinforcement details, openings, embeds, and other construction drawings.Review IFC drawings, specifications, and project requirements before developing shop drawings.Identify design discrepancies and prepare/support RFIs and technical queries.Coordinate closely with the Project Manager, site engineers, consultants, and other disciplines.Incorporate approved design changes and site modifications into drawings/models.Maintain drawing revisions and support preparation of redlines and final as-built drawings/models.Support Double Marks with AutoCAD/Revit and technical drawing requirements across future projects.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.Strong hands-on proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.Experience with Navisworks and BIM coordination.Good understanding of reinforced concrete construction and structural drawings.Ability to independently produce construction/shop drawings from IFC documents.Experience coordinating Structural, Architectural, and MEP models.Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is preferred.Strong communication and technical problem-solving skills.Previous experience on large-scale, mission-critical, industrial, or data center projects is an advantage.Saudi/GCC construction experience is preferred.Candidates should be hands-on technical engineers, not solely BIM managers or coordinators.Please apply with your CV and details of relevant BIM/Revit/shop drawing project experience.
