Technical Engineer

Job description: -Develop work plans & allocate resources to complete equipment maintenance & repair activities.Coordinate and carry out new installations, modifications and tie-ins of facility’s systems and networks.Supervise & guide staff involved in new installations, repair, and maintenance activities.Provide day-to-day engineering & technical advice to team members.Establish requirements for spare parts and ensure that these are sufficiently stocked to meet all maintenance and repair needs.Prepare technical specifications for equipment, systems or required materials and participate in the technical evaluation of bids.Ensure availability of project equipment based on mobilization plans.Monitor expenditure, prepare cost estimates and justification for equipment.Compliance in accordance with Company policies & procedures, Policy of Integrity & Code of Conduct and HSE standards.This is a generalist view of a job that you have been assigned for – at times you will be asked to do above/beyond the scope of this role due to operational requirements.Participate in welding R&D efforts including the timely completion of all assigned actions in support of company and departmental strategic goals.Qualifications:-Educational Qualifications & CertificationsBachelor’s Degree in Engineering in a related discipline, or equivalent.Relevant ExperienceMinimum 06 years of related work experience in similar industries.
