Technical Engineer📍 Melaka | Full-Time | On-SiteKotra Pharma is seeking a Technical Engineer to support machine reliability, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives within our manufacturing operations.Responsibilities* Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and perform root cause analysis.* Monitor machine performance and implement preventive measures to improve efficiency.* Handle machine setup, adjustment, testing, and commissioning activities.* Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs.* Coordinate maintenance requests and provide technical support to production teams.* Monitor spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical components.* Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety, and engineering standards.* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational performance.* Provide technical guidance to assistant engineers and production personnel.Requirements* Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or related fields.* Minimum 5 years of experience in machine maintenance, troubleshooting, or engineering support within a manufacturing environment.* Strong knowledge of machine troubleshooting and maintenance.* Familiar with preventive maintenance practices and production machinery operations.* Knowledge of cGMP and safety practices in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
