The Technical Engineer provides technical support on Grandseal products and systems, including waterproofing, concrete repair, sealing, flooring, and related solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing project specifications and drawings, preparing technical proposals, advising customers and project teams on product selection and application methods, and conducting site visits for inspections, troubleshooting, and application guidance. The Technical Engineer collaborates closely with sales, production, and R&D teams to address technical queries, perform product demonstrations, and support trainings for internal staff and external partners. The role also involves documenting field observations, preparing technical reports, and contributing to continuous improvement of products and application systems.Qualifications Strong technical knowledge of construction chemicals, including waterproofing, concrete repair and protection, sealing, flooring, and bonding systems.Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and project documentation.Practical experience with on-site technical support, application supervision, and troubleshooting for construction or civil engineering projects.Proficiency in preparing technical proposals, reports, and product application guidelines.Effective communication and presentation skills for engaging with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.Ability to work on-site in Sharjah Emirate and travel to project locations as needed.Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field.Previous experience in construction chemicals, building materials, or a similar industry is highly beneficial.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail
