From AV to smart buildings, you’ll join a collaborative team that integrates forward-thinking tech into the spaces of tomorrow.Your RoleAssist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of BMS systems including HVAC control, field devices, Electrical Monitoring System integration, third-party system integration etc. in compliance with project drawings, specifications, and client requirements. Support programming and configuration of BMS controllers, sensors and supervisory software including graphics, alarms, trends and reports under the guidance of senior engineers. Assist preparing shop drawings, control schematic, Interface Control Documents (ICDs), wiring diagrams/as - built drawings and system architecture layouts. Support troubleshooting and fault rectification activities to ensure system reliability and client satisfaction. Prepare commissioning reports, testing records, and technical documentation. Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers during project execution. Follow company HSE, quality, and operational procedures at all times. Undertake any other reasonable duties and/or responsibilities as required by management, to meet the needs of the business. What We’re Looking ForProficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills Basic understanding of HVAC systems and controls Ability to read technical drawings, specifications and schematics Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team. DesirableKnowledge of one or more BMS platforms such as Honeywell, Schneider Electric, Siemens, Johnson Controls, or Tridium Niagara. Familiarity with communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus TCP/IP, MSTP, IP, KNX, Lon Works, OPC etc. Basic knowledge of networking concepts and IP communication. Relevant certifications in BMS, HVAC controls or automation systems. Experience & Qualification 2+ years' experience in BMS systems installation, commissioning, or technical support. Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related discipline.
