From AV to smart buildings, you’ll join a collaborative team that integrates forward-thinking tech into the spaces of tomorrow.Your RoleAssist in the design and implementation of structured cabling systems for ICT, ELV, and telecommunications networks. Support the preparation of cable schedules, cable routing plans, and termination schedules... Ensure compliance with international standards such as TIA/EIA, ISO/IEC 11801, BICSI, and client specifications. Participate in site inspections to verify cabling installation quality and compliance with approved drawings. Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers during project execution. Follow company HSE, quality, and operational procedures always. Undertake any other reasonable duties and/or responsibilities as required by management, to meet the needs of the business. Maintain structured cabling databases, cable inventories, and equipment records. Continuously improve technical knowledge by learning industry standards, new technologies, and best practices in structured cabling. Assist in preparing Requests for Information (RFIs), Technical Queries (TQs), and engineering documentation. Monitor installation progress and report technical issues to senior engineer Maintain structured cabling databases, cable inventories, and equipment records. Assist senior engineers in troubleshooting structured cabling and network infrastructure issues. Good knowledge of Tier1 & Tier2 for Fiber optic testing and fault analysis. What We’re Looking ForProficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills Basic understanding of Structured Cabling/Fiber and low-current systems Ability to read technical drawings and schematics Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Teamwork and customer-service orientation DesirableUnderstanding of networking fundamentals and structured cabling Willingness to work on-site and learn new technologies.
