Join us and become part of a team that bridges vision with execution, powering the delivery of Dubai’s next generation of iconic developments.As a Technical Engineer, your responsibilities will include reviewing and interpreting mechanical drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for building construction projects.You will also be responsible for preparing and validating technical submittals and shop drawings related to HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.Responsibilities:Prepare and review MEP mechanical shop drawings in accordance with project specifications and approved design intentReview IFC design against authority compliance.Preparations of Engineering Calculations such as ESP, Pump Head, Ventilation, pressurization & Heat load etc.Ensure design and drawing compliance with local authority standards (DEWA, DCD, DM, DDA) and international codes (NFPA, BS, CIBSE, etc.)Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and site teams to resolve technical and coordination issuesReview and validate shop drawings against manufacturer data, equipment schedules, and site conditionsSupport technical submittals, material approvals, and RFI responses related to mechanical building servicesEnsure technical documentation aligns with project requirements for high-rise residential developments (20+ floors)Requirements:Minimum 8 years of experience in the UAE, working solely with contracting companies on building projects.Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, mechanical standards, and authority regulations (e.g., DCD, DM, etc.).Experience in HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and fire fighting systems.
