Your expertise will directly contribute to the safe and successful delivery of complex MEP projects.Your RoleReporting to the Technical Manager, you will provide advanced technical expertise within your assigned area of responsibility. You will review and coordinate engineering deliverables, resolve complex technical issues, support quality and inspection activities, and guide technical personnel to ensure effective project delivery.You may also oversee technical teams and processes, supporting team development and ensuring that project objectives are achieved.Key ResponsibilitiesEngineering & Technical CoordinationReview MEP drawings, specifications, BOQs, and ensure technical complianceCoordinate with consultants and subcontractors for drawing approvalsPrepare and review technical submittals, material approvals, and compliance matricesSupport method statement preparation and technical documentationDesign & Site InterfaceAssist in resolving technical clashes and interface issuesSupport BIM coordination and interdisciplinary alignmentConduct site inspections to ensure installation aligns with approved drawingsMonitor technical deviations and implement corrective actionsProcurement & Material SupportProvide technical evaluation of vendors and materialsSupport procurement team with technical clarificationsEnsure long-lead items are technically aligned with project requirementsTesting, Commissioning & HandoverSupport pre-commissioning and commissioning activitiesEnsure systems comply with performance specificationsAssist in preparation of as-built documentation and O&M manualsReporting & DocumentationMaintain technical logs, trackers, and engineering registersPrepare technical reports and progress updatesSupport client meetings with engineering presentations where requiredWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or another relevant engineering discipline.Minimum seven years of relevant MEP engineering experience.Advanced technical knowledge of MEP systems and their integration within complex construction projects.Strong experience in reviewing drawings, specifications, technical submittals, material submissions, and compliance documentation.Proven ability to investigate and resolve complex technical and coordination issues.Strong understanding of construction sequencing, site execution, quality requirements, and multidisciplinary coordination.Experience coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project-delivery teams.Ability to guide engineers and technical personnel and oversee assigned processes or deliverables.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong problem-solving, review, assessment, and stakeholder-coordination capabilities.Ability to work effectively within fast-track and technically demanding project environments.Highly PreferredExperience with AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, or other relevant engineering and BIM tools.Experience in data centres, infrastructure, or large-scale commercial projects.Middle East construction experience.Exposure to testing, commissioning, and project handover processes.Experience working on consultant-driven projects.Experience in technical planning, risk assessment, documentation, and reporting.Previous experience supervising or guiding engineers and technical teams.What We OfferThe chance to contribute to some of the UAE's most iconic projects.A collaborative, supportive environment that values innovation and excellence.Opportunities for professional growth and career progression.Ready to plan the path to project success?If you have the advanced MEP expertise to manage complex technical deliverables, resolve engineering challenges, and ensure quality from design coordination through to project handover, we want to hear from you.Apply today and be part of something excellent!Please note we encourage you to apply as soon as possible, as this advert may close once we’ve found the right candidate.
