Today, we combine AI, accessibility and digital innovation to support organisations within sustainability, healthcare, research, international development and the public sector.We're now looking for an AI-focused Technical Lead who wants to work closely with our founders and play a key role in shaping the next phase of our growth.The roleThis is not a traditional project management role.You'll work at the intersection of technology, AI, customers and delivery, helping turn ideas into scalable solutions while guiding both customers and development teams.You'll collaborate closely with founders, customers and our engineering team in Kathmandu, helping define technical direction, shape solutions and drive successful delivery.The role can be based both in Stockholm or Gothenburg.The role combines:Technical LeadershipSolution ArchitectureAI-Driven DevelopmentCustomer-Facing DeliveryProject OwnershipWhat you'll doTranslate customer needs into scalable technical solutionsLead technical discussions and architectural decisionsSupport and guide our engineering teamDrive projects from idea to implementationIdentify opportunities where AI can create customer and business valueImprove engineering practices, delivery processes and ways of workingWork closely with customers, stakeholders and developersWhat we're looking forYou have a background in software development and have grown into a role where you combine technical leadership, customer dialogue and solution design.Most importantly, you're already working in an AI-first way.You actively use tools such as Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, AI Agents, Lovable, Bolt or similar technologies as part of your daily workflow and understand how AI is changing the way software is designed, developed and delivered.Required experience8-15 years of experience within software development, technical leadership or solution designStrong software engineering backgroundExperience working directly with development teamsExperience leading customer-facing technical discussions and workshopsDemonstrated experience using AI-assisted development and agentic workflows in real projectsFluent Swedish and English required.
