Technical Lead – AI Chatbot / GenAI (1-Year Contract)

We are hiring a Technical Lead for our client in Al Khobar to drive the design and delivery of advanced AI chatbot solutions powered by Generative AI and Agentic AI. This is a 1-year onsite contract role.You will lead the technical direction of chatbot development, guide a small engineering team, and work closely with stakeholders to turn AI concepts into scalable, production-ready solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead architecture and development of GenAI and Agentic AI chatbot solutionsGuide engineers in building workflows using LangGraph and MCP conceptsSet technical standards across design, development, testing, and deploymentCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business requirementsOversee end-to-end delivery and ensure quality and timelines are metAct as technical contact for client discussions and updatesImprove engineering practices and solution design continuouslyRequirementsStrong experience in Generative AI and AI solution designHands-on knowledge of Agentic AI and multi-agent systemsExperience with LangGraph and understanding of MCPStrong Python development backgroundExperience leading or mentoring technical teamsGood communication skills for stakeholder interactionNice to haveExposure to AI orchestration tools or LLM frameworksExperience in enterprise AI/chatbot projectsCloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)If you are interested in this opportunity with our client, please apply.
