This team is responsible for building the products and systems that enable global delivery, logistics, and ride hailing businesses to onboard and scale on the platform.As the Tech Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in driving technical delivery, shaping architecture, and developing engineers while remaining hands on with coding.What You'll Be DoingYou'll partner closely with a Product Manager to lead the Acquisition Team, balancing technical leadership with hands on software engineering.Responsibilities include:Co own the technical roadmap, planning and delivery of growth focused productsBuild and maintain high quality, well tested TypeScript services within an API driven platformDesign and evolve scalable AWS serverless architectureImprove engineering quality through code reviews, pair programming and technical mentoringEnhance developer experience by improving CI/CD pipelines, observability and deployment processesEmpower engineers to lead projects and make sound technical decisionsBalance long term architectural thinking with fast paced product deliveryWhat They're Looking ForThe ideal candidate enjoys solving meaningful technical challenges while helping others grow.
