This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll shape technical direction, lead high-performing teams, and deliver impactful solutions in challenging environments.What You’ll DoLead multi-disciplinary engineering teams across the full delivery lifecycleSet technical direction, architecture, and engineering standardsStay hands-on with development while guiding team outputRun code and design reviews to ensure quality and consistencyMentor and support engineers at all levelsWork closely with clients to shape requirements and build trusted relationshipsCommunicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersPlan delivery, estimate work, and manage prioritiesBalance technical debt with delivery timelines in fast-paced environmentsWhat You’ll NeedProven experience in a Technical Lead or senior engineering roleStrong software engineering background with hands-on capabilityExperience leading cross-functional teams in complex environmentsAbility to define architecture and make sound technical trade-offsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience working directly with clients or end usersBonus SkillsExperience in Defence, Security, or other high-assurance environmentsFamiliarity with agile delivery methodologiesStrong understanding of scalable systems and modern architecturesSecurity RequirementSC clearance (or willingness/eligibility to obtain) is required.
