Founding AI Tech Lead Pre-Seed StartupA Pre-Seed AI startup is looking for a hands-on AI Tech Lead/manager to join the founding team and take a key role in building the product and technology .The company is developing an AI platform for enterprises, designed to help organizations leverage AI to improve and automate complex business processes.Take ownership of the technical architecture and AI direction.Design, code and ship the initial product alongside the founding team.Build and develop LLM and Agentic AI capabilities.Help establish the engineering culture and development processes.Work closely with the founders to turn ideas into production-ready products.Grow into a broader technology leadership role as the company scales.What We're Looking For:Strong software engineering and architecture background.Recent and substantial hands-on coding experience.Experience building and deploying LLM / Generative AI / Agentic AI applications.Experience with RAG, AI agents, orchestration, tool calling or AI evaluation.Experience taking products from concept to production.Strong technical ownership and problem-solving skills.Startup, founding engineer – a strong advantage.Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently in a very early stage environment.A unique opportunity to join at the Pre-Seed stage, work directly with the founders and have significant ownership over the technology and product.
