Technical Lead – Core Banking Transformation

Required Experienceexperience in banking technology, with at least 5 years in a Technical Lead, Solution Architect, or Enterprise Architect role. Mandatory experience working on banking projects within Saudi Arabia (KSA). Strong understanding of the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) regulations and banking technology compliance requirements. Hands-on experience with Core Banking Systems (such as Temenos T24, Oracle FLEXCUBE, Finacle, TCS BaNCS, or similar). Strong expertise in Payment Systems, including integration with national and international payment infrastructures. Experience designing or managing Data Center architecture, infrastructure, and disaster recovery environments. Proven experience defining and implementing end-to-end enterprise architecture for banking transformation programs. Experience working with banking technology vendors and system integrators.
