We deliver high-quality residential, commercial and hospitality projects with a strong focus on design excellence and execution.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Technical Lead Designer with strong fit-out experience to join our growing Design Team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead technical design development for luxury fit-out projects.Prepare and review architectural, interior and shop drawings.Take independent technical decisions and provide practical solutions to site challenges.Coordinate with MEP, Joinery, Marble and Site Teams for smooth execution.Review drawings and ensure designs are accurate, practical and buildable.Conduct site visits and resolve technical/design issues during execution.Provide technical guidance to designers and draftsmen.Requirements8+ years of relevant experience in architecture/interior design with strong fit-out experience.Experience in luxury residential/villa fit-out is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of fit-out construction, detailing and material coordination.Excellent AutoCAD skills; Revit/3D software is an advantage.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical decisions.Strong communication and coordination skills.If you are a technically strong designer who can take ownership and turn designs into practical, buildable solutions, we would like to hear from you.
