Technical Lead Embedded SoftwareWe are looking for a Technical Lead Embedded Software to join our software development team and support the industrialization of new productsStart: asapWorkload: 100%Contract: permanent positionLocation: ZurichLanguages: German (mandatory) and EnglishKey ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor embedded software engineers, ensuring high standards of quality, delivery, and execution.Drive embedded software development projects in a Matlab/Simulink/C++ environment.Translate system requirements into detailed software requirements and manage the related development lifecycle.Plan and coordinate software sub-projects, including estimation, resource planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.Required ProfileProven experience in embedded software development and project execution.Strong knowledge of Matlab/Simulink andC++.Experience with model-based development and automatic code generation for embedded targets is a strong advantage.Demonstrated expertise in requirements engineering and waterfall-style project management.Results-oriented, proactive, and able to quickly adapt to new technologies and environments.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Immediate or short-term availability is preferred.
