Technical Lead - Enterprise Infrastructure

About the RoleSpecialized Enterprise Systems (SES) is hiring a Technical Lead - Enterprise Infrastructure for a 3-year project at a client site in Saudi Arabia. The role oversees the operations, maintenance, reliability, and performance of data center infrastructure, leading multidisciplinary technical teams to ensure the continuous availability, efficiency, and compliance of all critical systems, including IT infrastructure, power, cooling, network, security, and facility management systems.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the day-to-day operations and maintenance activities of the data center infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime and service availabilityManage and supervise technical teams responsible for servers, storage, networking, power systems, cooling systems, and support infrastructureDevelop, implement, and monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for all critical facilities and IT assetsEnsure compliance with operational procedures, service-level agreements (SLAs), industry standards, and customer requirementsAct as the technical escalation point for critical incidents, outages, and infrastructure-related issues, coordinating rapid troubleshooting and resolutionMonitor data center performance, capacity utilization, and environmental conditions to maintain optimal operating efficiencyOversee the operation and maintenance of critical electrical systems including UPS, generators, switchgear, transformers, and power distribution units (PDUs)Requirements15+ years of experience in data center and enterprise infrastructure operationsBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related fieldSaudi nationals preferredWilling to relocate to the client site in Saudi Arabia within 2 monthsSkills and TechnologiesData Center Operations & MaintenanceCritical Facilities ManagementEnterprise Infrastructure ManagementIncident & Problem ManagementNetwork, Server & Storage InfrastructurePower & Cooling SystemsCapacity Planning & Performance OptimizationVendor & Contract ManagementRisk Management & ComplianceLeadership & Team ManagementPreferred CertificationsVMware VCP/VCAP, CDCP/CDCS (Data Center), ITIL 4, ISO 27001/20000 awareness
