Technical Lead – Full Stack (.NET / Azure)Location: Glastonbury, Connecticut, USAWork Arrangement: HybridEmployment Type: Full-TimeSalary: $120,000 per yearJob OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Technical Lead – Full Stack (.NET / Azure) to lead the design, development, and delivery of modern, scalable applications.The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, React or Angular, TypeScript, Azure, REST/GraphQL APIs, and DevOps/CI/CD. This role will combine technical leadership with hands-on software development and architecture responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the architecture, design, development, and delivery of full-stack applications.Provide technical direction and mentor software engineers.Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding, architecture, and quality standards.Drive technical design decisions and develop scalable, maintainable solutions.Collaborate closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.Develop and maintain backend services using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and EF Core.Build responsive and scalable front-end applications using React or Angular with TypeScript.Design and integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs.Develop and deploy cloud-native applications using Microsoft Azure.Support DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes.Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.Contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.Key Requirements6–8 years of professional software development experience.2+ years of experience in a technical leadership role.Strong hands-on experience with:C# / .NET CoreASP.NET CoreEntity Framework Core (EF Core)React or AngularTypeScriptMicrosoft AzureRESTful & GraphQL APIsStrong understanding of cloud-native application development.Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.Strong knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Strong software architecture, problem-solving, and system design skills.Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring abilities.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Microservices architecture.Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.Experience designing highly scalable and distributed applications.Experience with Azure cloud services, deployment, monitoring, and security.
