Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of scalable solutions using .NET technologies;Define and enforce best practices, coding standards and architectural guidelines;Act as a technical reference for the team, providing mentoring and support;Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions;Drive architecture decisions (microservices, integration patterns, cloud);Ensure code quality, performance, security and scalability of applications;Oversee CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes;Identify risks, remove blockers and ensure timely delivery;Promote a culture of continuous improvement and engineering excellence.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field;5+ years of experience in software development with .NET (C#);Proven experience in a Tech Lead or similar role;Strong experience with ASP.NET Core / Web APIs;Solid knowledge of microservices architecture, design patterns and SOLID principles;Experience with SQL Server and Entity Framework Core;Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure);Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.);Experience with Docker (Kubernetes is a plus);Knowledge of message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ or Service Bus);Experience with unit and integration testing;Strong communication and leadership skills;Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage technical decisions;European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Portuguese Residency;Availability to go to the office once or twice per week.If you want to be part of a real People First organization, join us!
