The company has offices in Jericho, New York, and multiple development centers in India, including a major center in Jaipur, leveraging diverse talent and modern project management practices to deliver high-quality, fast time-to-market solutions.Role Description The Technical Lead (.NET + React) will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of web applications using .NET on the backend and React on the frontend in an on-site, full-time role based in Jaipur. This role involves translating business requirements into technical solutions, guiding the development team on architecture and best practices, and ensuring code quality through reviews and mentorship. The Technical Lead will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including product owners, business analysts, and QA teams, to plan sprints, resolve technical issues, and support end-to-end delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing application performance and security, integrating with databases and APIs, troubleshooting production issues, and contributing to continuous improvement of development processes and tools. The role also includes documentation of technical designs, coordination with global teams, and supporting knowledge transfer and training initiatives within the team.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Software Development and Programming, with hands-on experience in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, Web API) and React or similar modern JavaScript frameworks.Candidates should possess knowledge of Databases, including SQL and relational database design, query optimization, and integration with application layers.Candidates should possess expertise in Cybersecurity and Network Security principles, including secure coding practices, application security, and awareness of common vulnerabilities.Proven experience in technical leadership, including mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and defining application architecture and standards.Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and collaborative tools used in modern development environments.Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and the capacity to work effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering,
