About the RoleSpecialized Enterprise Systems (SES) is hiring a Technical Lead - Network & Security at a client site in Saudi Arabia. The role is responsible for the operational management, maintenance, security, and continuous improvement of the data center network and cybersecurity infrastructure, leading network and security operations teams to ensure high availability, performance, resilience, and protection of critical data center services.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the day-to-day operation and maintenance of data center network and security infrastructure, ensuring maximum availability and performanceManage and supervise network and security engineers responsible for LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, data center fabric, wireless, and internet connectivity servicesOversee the operation, maintenance, and optimization of firewalls, IDS/IPS, web application firewalls (WAF), VPNs, network access control (NAC), and security monitoring platformsServe as the primary technical escalation point for network outages, security incidents, and critical infrastructure issuesMonitor network performance, bandwidth utilization, latency, availability, and security events to ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs)Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for network and security infrastructureLead incident response, troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and post-incident reviews for network and cybersecurity eventsRequirements15+ years of experience in data center network and security operationsBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related fieldSaudi nationals onlyWilling to relocate to the client site in Saudi Arabia within 2 monthsOffice hours with on-call escalation supportSkills and TechnologiesData Center Network OperationsEnterprise Network ArchitectureCybersecurity Operations & GovernanceFirewall & Security Infrastructure ManagementSecurity Incident Response & Threat ManagementLAN/WAN/SD-WAN TechnologiesRouting, Switching & Data Center Fabric NetworksSIEM, SOC & Security MonitoringVulnerability & Patch ManagementNetwork Performance & Capacity PlanningPreferred CertificationsCCNP/CCIE, PCNSE or Fortinet NSE, CISSP or CISM, ITIL 4
