Technical Lead - React

Position OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Technical Lead / Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on expertise in React.js and Node.js. The ideal candidate will lead application design and development, provide technical guidance to the engineering team, and build scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and development of full-stack applications using React.js and Node.js.Build scalable, secure, and high-performance frontend and backend solutions.Design and develop REST APIs and microservices.Define application architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.Perform code reviews and mentor software engineers.Work closely with Product, Business, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams.Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root-cause analysis.Improve application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.Participate in sprint planning, technical discussions, estimations, and architecture reviews.Support automated testing and CI/CD practices.Required SkillsStrong hands-on experience with React.js.Strong experience with Node.js.Excellent knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.Experience with Redux, Context API, or similar state-management frameworks.Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive web design, and browser fundamentals.Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices.Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar.Knowledge of frontend and application performance optimization.Experience with testing tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or similar.Experience with CI/CD and modern software development practices.Strong troubleshooting, communication, and technical leadership skills.
