Technical Lead/Solution Architect (Malay Speaker)

Role Summary

5+ years of experience who can design end-to-end solutions, remain actively involved in coding, lead technical teams, and confidently engage with customers. This role sits at the intersection of architecture, development, and customer-facing solutioning. It is not a talk-only management role and not a heads-down developer position. We are looking for someone who can design, build, explain, anticipate risks, and lead delivery. You will own solution design and implementation across the platforms, including eInvoicing systems, ETL pipelines, API integrations, AI/LLM-enabled capabilities, and high-volume enterprise applications. Job requirements:Minimum 5 years of hands-on software development experience Strong backend development experience (language-agnostic; Java, PHP, or similar accepted) API design and system integration (REST-based services) ETL concepts: Data extraction, transformation, and loading Multi-system and platform integration experience Database design, optimisation, and migration Experience working with high-volume, enterprise-scale systems Strong solution architecture mindset beyond individual components Ability to design for the full system lifecycle Comfortable working across multiple products or platforms simultaneously Experience using LLMs to accelerate development or solutioning Understanding of integrating AI / GPT / Voice AI into enterprise applications Ability to guide teams in LLM-assisted development workflows Proven track record delivering complex, production-grade systems Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving product environments
