Technical Lead – Systems Integration & IoT

The company values collaboration, cross-functional work, and forward-looking solutions that strengthen its presence in the Saudi and regional markets.Role Description: Integrated Hemispheres is seeking an experienced Technical Lead to support the development of its technology and systems integration capabilities.The role requires a strong multidisciplinary technical background spanning IoT, networking, building automation, software integration, and connected systems. The successful candidate will work closely with management on technology architecture, systems integration, prototyping, vendor evaluation, and the development of new internal capabilities.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement integrated technology architectures across multiple systems and vendorsDevelop integrations using APIs and industry-standard protocolsEvaluate hardware, software, IoT, networking, and automation technologiesLead technical prototyping, testing, and validationWork with KNX, Modbus, BACnet, MQTT, REST APIs and related technologiesIntegrate networking, automation, IoT and other connected systemsEstablish technical standards for installation, commissioning and documentationCoordinate with software developers, engineers, technicians and technology partnersTroubleshoot complex multi-system environmentsSupport the development of new technology capabilities within IHPreferred experienceIoT and systems integrationBuilding automation / BMSKNXModbus / BACnet / MQTTNetworking and network managementAPIs and software integrationEdge computingIndustrial automationSmart-building technologiesLinux/cloud environmentsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Automation, Mechatronics or a related discipline.Approximately 7+ years of relevant experience preferred.Candidates should demonstrate strong systems thinking, hands-on technical ability, and experience integrating technologies from multiple manufacturers.Experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is advantageous.
