Technical Team Manager | Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaWe are hiring a Technical Team Manager for a leading and well-established real estate development company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.This is an excellent opportunity for a highly experienced technical leader with a strong background in high-rise building projects and multidisciplinary engineering management.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a multidisciplinary Technical Team, including Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, and Electrical disciplines.Review and approve design deliverables, shop drawings, and technical submittals before site execution.Ensure compliance with the Saudi Building Code, international standards, and project technical requirements.Coordinate with consultants, contractors, designers, and client representatives to resolve technical issues.Oversee BIM coordination and multidisciplinary clash detection to ensure constructability.Evaluate value engineering proposals and recommend optimal technical solutions.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project engineering teams.Identify and mitigate technical risks while reporting key updates to senior management.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.Minimum 15 years of relevant experience.Proven experience managing technical functions on high-rise tower projects.Strong knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and international engineering standards.Hands-on experience with BIM coordination and multidisciplinary design management.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Previous experience within Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.
