Technical Manager

Goal of the Job:This position leads engineering operations, oversees production equipment reliability, leads TPM Program and manages technical issues. Key duties include directing equipment maintenance, managing technical projects, and ensuring safety compliance inline with local & Hayco Standards.Job ResponsibilitiesManage assembly, testing, and installation of manufacturing equipment. Monitor machinery uptime, troubleshoot complex mechanical or electrical issues, and drive continuous improvement on shop floor. Managing budgets for technology projects and resources, and overseeing the day-to-day technical operations of the organization. Oversee machinery & Transfer projects from design to final delivery. Implement lean manufacturing methods and total productive maintenance to optimize output. Develop and implement technology strategies, evaluating technological needs, and aligning technology initiatives with overall business objectives Liaise with clients, Suppliers and techncial vendors on custom technical specifications and installation requirements. Coordinate with outside vendors for parts procurement and specialized servicing. Enforce workplace safety regulations, conduct routine plant inspections, and maintain documentation for equipment performance and repairs. Troubleshooting technical issues, monitoring system performance, and ensuring the smooth running of technical operations. Develop and continuously improve the technical problem-solving mechanism, which including introducing the procedures, developing local technical staff(s) and local skills. Job Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering. Minimum 8 to10 years of industrial experience in household machinery, manufacturing, or plant operations, with leadership history.Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of the technologies relevant to household technologies, device manufacturing, Injection molding and automatic machines. Leadership & Communication: The ability to lead and motivate technical teams, and to effectively translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Strategic Thinking: The capacity to think about the broader implications of technology decisions for the organization. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve technical challenges. Project Management: Expertise in planning, executing, and delivering technical projects on time and within budget.
