Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaContract Period: 23 October – 22 December 2026 (61 days)About the ProjectA major continental multi-sport event under the Olympic Council of Asia.Role OverviewLeads technical delivery across all clusters, covering systems, contractors and technical readiness.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage technical requirements across all clusters and event areas.Coordinate technical suppliers covering sound, lighting, video, power and related systems.Oversee technical installation, rehearsals, testing and readiness checks.Ensure technical systems meet safety standards and operational requirements.Manage technical issues and ensure rapid fault resolution.Coordinate technical teams and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery across all clusters.Monitor technical schedules and ensure milestones are met.Qualifications & ExperienceSenior technical management experience at international sports events or large-scale live events.Strong knowledge of event technical systems, production and infrastructure (sound, lighting, video, power, etc.)Proven experience managing multiple technical teams and suppliers.Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
