Technical Manager - Landscape & Swimming Pool

If you are ready to be part of the team shaping Dubai’s skyline, your future starts here.As a Technical Manager, you will be leading the technical function for landscape and swimming pool projects, ensuring designs, drawings, and technical documentation are accurate, buildable, and compliant with UAE regulations and client specifications, while managing a multidisciplinary technical team including BIM resources.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical department for landscape and swimming pool construction projects from design review through executionReview, validate, and approve technical drawings, shop drawings, and construction details prior to site issueCoordinate with design consultants, architects, and MEP teams to resolve technical discrepanciesManage and mentor a team of technical engineers, draftsmen, and BIM coordinators/modelersAllocate workload across the technical team based on project priorities and deadlinesOversee BIM modeling and coordination for landscape and swimming pool scopes (hardscape, softscape, pool mechanical/hydraulics, irrigation)Ensure clash detection and coordination between landscape, pool, and MEP/structural BIM modelsEnsure landscape and swimming pool works meet approved specifications, international standards, and UAE pool safety codesReview contractor/subcontractor submittals, material specifications, and method statements for landscape and pool works

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil/Landscape Engineering, Architecture, or related field10+ years of experience in landscape and swimming pool projects, with at least 3-5 years in a technical management roleProven experience within a contracting firm in the UAEStrong working knowledge of BIM software (Revit, Navisworks) and coordination workflowsSound knowledge of UAE regulatory and municipal approval processes for landscape/pool worksStrong leadership skills with proven experience managing technical/BIM teams
